My wife and I were delighted to discover amongst the many restaurants at Westfields Shepards Bush your Busaba Eathai Restaurant, not having had Thai food before your professional staff member Vladimir talked us through the menu and made our first thai experience one to remember a month ago and we have now become regular members since become regular customers. We enjoy your meals and would like to thank you for employing staff who take the time to make us feel welcome. I have recommend Busaba Eathai to our friends and family. Compliments to your front of house staff and the chef. A+++

I just want to praise you for bringing Busaba Eathai to Bicester Village. I love thai food and I have been visiting your restaurant in Bicester since it opened on a weekly basis. My colleague and I first started with the Dolly pad Mee only for it to be taken off the menu. Tom Yam Talay then became our favourite. I was always asking for Dolly Pad Mee to return on the menu and I can announce that it has returned. So delighted I could eat it everyday! Well done, fabulous decor and warm service.
